Since 1995, they have been producing site-frozen salmon on board their freezer troller, the F/V Saint Jude. A 46 foot aluminum vessel built in 1990, the Saint Jude is equipped to produce top quality product from landing, processing, and freezing to delivery.

The result is truly outstanding fish that you can be proud to eat, since it is line caught wild fish from sustainable waters. So delicious it's hard to believe it's good for you... but it is!
